Who Created God?

If God created everything in the entire universe, then who created God? It is the ultimate paradox that breaks our minds, because we are biologically wired for cause and effect. Every single thing we interact with has a beginning. A seed becomes a tree. A spark starts a fire. So our brains try and apply this exact same human logic to the Creator. But here is the massive philosophical switch. Space, time and causality are rules that only exist inside our universe. Whatever created the universe must exist outside of those boundaries. Asking what happened before time, or what caused the first cause, is a glitch in human language. It is mathematically like asking what is physically north of the North Pole. The concept just doesn't exist. The Creator is the unmoved mover. The infinite uncaused reality that struck the first note. It doesn't need a beginning because it is the fundamental fabric of existence itself. Our brains are simply too small to process an eternity without a starting point.

Can You Sin in Heaven?

Can you sin in heaven? If you can, then heaven can contain evil. You can lie, betray someone, hurt someone, and suddenly heaven starts sounding a lot less like heaven. So maybe the answer is no. In heaven you simply cannot choose evil. But that causes the harder problem: what happened to your free will? Because one common answer to evil on Earth is that true freedom requires the ability to choose wrong. You cannot freely choose good unless rejecting good is also possible. But if that is possible then heaven seems impossible. Either people are free there, which means sin must remain possible, or sin is impossible which seems to remove a choice we supposedly needed for freedom. But what if there is another answer? What if being free does not require being able to choose evil? You already have limits. You cannot choose to breathe underwater unaided or remember something you never experienced. However those limits do not make every other choice meaningless. So maybe heaven does not remove freedom, it removes the desire to misuse it. But then the problem comes back to Earth. If people can be free without wanting evil in heaven, why couldn't they have been made that way here?

Why Does God Need Worship?

Why does God need worship? If God is perfect, eternal, and complete, then praise cannot add absolutely anything to Him. So why demand it? The problem is we project our human insecurities onto the divine. We imagine God wants worship the same way a human king wants a cheering crowd. But a perfect infinite being does not have a fragile ego. The profound secret is that the worship is not for God, but entirely for you. Human psychology is biologically wired to worship something. If you do not consciously submit to a higher power you will unconsciously worship money, status or the opinions of strangers on the internet — and those temporary things will eventually eat you alive. True worship is a psychological anchor. It forces your own ego to shrink, reminding you you are not the centre of the universe. It does not feed the Creator; it starves your ego, setting you completely free. And perhaps that is the point. Worship redirects the deepest part of you towards something greater than yourself so your life isn't controlled by whatever happens to capture your attention today.

The Anthropic Principle

Earth is suspiciously perfect for life. If our orbit was just a little closer to the sun our oceans would boil. A little further away and we would freeze into a ball of ice. Our planet happens to have a heavy iron core generating a massive magnetic shield, perfectly deflecting deadly solar radiation. We even have Jupiter, a giant gravitational vacuum cleaner, constantly protecting us from extinction-level asteroids. It feels like the entire solar system was carefully engineered specifically for us. But physics offers a mind-bending alternative: the anthropic principle. The universe is unimaginably vast, filled with trillions of chaotic dead planets. Earth isn't special because someone rigged the cosmic lottery. It just happens to be the one winning ticket in a trillion. We can only exist to ask this question because the conditions were already perfect. Earth isn't a miracle. It is just the only place you could survive long enough to wonder why.
